anything by frieda mcfadden bc she writes the best twists, the white guy dies first (spoiler alert i am actually a white guy but i love this bc it has lgbtq stuff too) ace of spades (also lgbtq and really good in general), their vicious games and its actually so good and i need the author to release more books. i’d also recommend the none shall sleep series (the third book is interesting… if you’ve read it then you know what i mean but it’s still good) ITS MY FAV PROB
also don’t let the forest in is so incredibly good, if you like fairy tales and murder and mlm its 10/10, also the killing code bc it’s a basically lesbian historical fiction, and mrs peregrine home for peculiar children because i love horror and it’s creepy and i love it
