Buying chenille yarn

I live in a rural area where I have to drive really far to get yarn. Does anyone have online stores they use to buy chenille yarn that are from Canada or can ship to Canada? Any suggestions would be very helpful :smiling_face:

If you’re looking for chunky (5) chenille yarn, I believe Premier Yarns ships to Canada. I usually buy their retro velvet when it’s on sale ($5 usd) and I recently bought their chenille cone in white (because I’m always running out) and it is a lot bigger than I though it would be! :joy:

Of course there will be some fees though

Hobbii has thinner chenille yarn! They do ship to Canada but not sure how much that will cost!

So all american companies (premier, mary maxim etc.) have INSANE shipping rates to canada. Hershnerrs has parfait chunky for pretty cheap so Ill order alot from them at the same time to make the shipping worth it. Hobbii is my top company, they have 50% off sales on one of their 3 chenille yarns all the time, and offer free shipping over $100. They are the best, and I’ve ordered from them multiple times (im canadian, and the struggle to find good chenille yarn is real lol.) Michaels Sweet Snuggles Lite and Chenille Home Slim are really great and they ship, but currently they are having a supply issue and I can’t get it anywhere. L’artisan and Passionlaine are french companies based out of eastern canada, and they both have chenille yarns like parfait chunky but they are more expensive and are often sold out. If you are ok with blanket yarn instead of chenille, Bernat Blanket is available in many many diff places online.
Hope this helps!!

Helped a lot! Thank you! I don’t know why trying to find yarn, especially chenille yarn, in Canada is so difficult :sob:
