Hobbii and Love Crafts have good and frequent sales.
Hobbycraft is good with the 3 for 2 range.
Aldi usually has yarn in stock online or wait until the later months and they have good quality yarn at decent prices.

I tend to collect their baby yarn because it’s so soft and just hoard them like a dragon 
Like Saar said, Wool Warehouse is also really good and you can opt to have organza bags which are good for holding projects!
