hi! so i’ve tried to buy this pattern and it keeps giving me this error processing message. i’ve tried restarting the app and even trying on browser but it keeps giving me an error message. i even tried multiple cards that i know have money on them. is this is known glitch at the moment? i really wanted to get the pattern to start on it as soon as possible.
Log out and log back in maybe then try?
just tried that again and it didn’t work, after i logged out and back in, it still gave me the same error message

Can you buy other patterns without the processing error showing? If yes then it might be a problem on the shop designers end, they may have connected their stripe account wrong or something. I’m not too sure best to just wait for ribblr’s reply
that’s a good point! i might wait for ribblr to answer since i dont think i have any other patterns i want to buy at the moment, but i was able to purchase patterns before the update, so not sure if it’s a shop problem or a glitch from the new update!
Can you share which pattern it is please? It’s likely an issue with their Stripe account.
