I was selected as a tester a few days ago, but I can’t get in touch with the pattern designer. There is no chat and this is what I get when I try to send a message. What’s going on?

Try signing out and then back in, if nothing works contact ribblr

OK so here are some of the many possible scenarios that could be happening.
- Their account could have been deleted/flagged and they may not have an account anymore or be able to access ribblr
- They probably didnt send out a group chat and/or they might not have had time to send it if their account got suspended
- You could have tried to send a message/sent a message too much and ribblr usually gives you a wait limit of how long to wait before you can send another message
Here are some suggestions i have for you:
Wait a couple more days to see if they reach out to you
Retry sending the message
If they ghost you/dont respond i would abort the test
Try logging out and back in
Also make sure to mark the post that helped you the most as the ‘solution’!
