It should not be an issue. Is this when you search for anything? Eg can you try to search for ‘dog’ ?

@RueBriiFiber - we just merged a similar issue here. Has this been resolved for you?

Can you share:

  1. Which device you are using, including operating system
  2. Are you using the app? if no - which browser are you using?
  3. Do you have any blockers? (i.e VPN, ad blocker, parental control, DNS overrides)
  4. is this a new issue on that device or has it always been acting similarly?

Mine has been resolved is. The aspect I found out it was my browser I was using!!

I was originally using Microsoft edge and even now it still won’t load on there!!! Download Chrome and now works beautifuly!!! So I think my issue is due to the browser!
