I currently know how to do the following things:

Starts an interactive tutorial just for you, in a personal message.
{name-of-tutorial}can be one of:tutorial, advanced tutorial.

I would defintely message Ribblr and see about getting support. If restarting by logging out isn’t helping there might be a more deeper issue. Are you logged into only one spot? If you are try logging out of both then log back in on either phone or pc and see if that helps.
