So I don’t know what category to put this in since I’m crocheting a cardigan but also seeing fabric on the inside. How would I sew the fabric on the inside is my question?

You would turn the cardigan inside out first. Depends on if you are trying to line the whole cardigan or just the body of it.

You can hand sew the fabric to the inside with a large eyed embroidery needle using the same colored yarn as the cardigan, it works, but it does take a lot of time, but it can be done since you dont have a sewing machine.
