thanks! i asked it to make me a shark pattern since i’m planning to make one anyways (from an actual pattern, not this one) and this is how it turned out:

Materials Needed:

• Grey yarn
• White yarn
• Black yarn
• Crochet hook
• Stuffing
• Yarn needle
• Scissors

Instructions:

Body:

1. Start with a magic ring, then single crochet 6 stitches into it.
2. Increase in each stitch for the second round, giving you 12 stitches.
3. In the next round, single crochet in the first stitch, then increase in the next stitch. Repeat around for 18 stitches.
4. For rounds 4-7, single crochet in each stitch around.
5. For round 8, single crochet in the first 4 stitches, then decrease in the next stitch. Repeat around for 15 stitches.
6. Rounds 9-12, single crochet in each stitch around.
7. For round 13, single crochet in the first 3 stitches, then decrease in the next stitch. Repeat around for 12 stitches.
8. Rounds 14-16, single crochet in each stitch around.
9. For round 17, single crochet in the first 2 stitches, then decrease in the next stitch. Repeat around for 9 stitches.
10. Rounds 18-20, single crochet in each stitch around.
11. Stuff the body firmly.

Tail:

1. With grey yarn, chain 8.
2. Single crochet in the second chain from the hook and in each chain across.
3. Turn, chain 1, single crochet decrease over the first 2 stitches, single crochet in the next 3 stitches, single crochet decrease over the last 2 stitches.
4. Turn, chain 1, single crochet in each stitch across.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 until you have 2 stitches left.
6. Fasten off and sew the tail onto the body.

Fin:

1. With grey yarn, chain 6.
2. Single crochet in the second chain from the hook and in each chain across.
3. Turn, chain 1, single crochet decrease over the first 2 stitches, single crochet in the next 2 stitches.
4. Turn, chain 1, single crochet in each stitch across.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 until you have 2 stitches left.
6. Fasten off and sew the fin onto the body.

Eyes (Make 2):

1. With white yarn, make a magic ring and single crochet 6 stitches into it.
2. Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Pupils (Make 2):

1. With black yarn, make a magic ring and single crochet 6 stitches into it.
2. Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Assembly:

1. Sew the eyes and pupils onto the body.
2. Embroider a smile using black yarn.
3. Optionally, add some white felt for teeth.
