I love them so much! I barely built gingerbread houses with my cousins today! it was so chaotic sprinkles everywhere and I don’t think a single house was actually standing by the end of it…and I may have been eating cookies we made earlier while avoiding the chaos

Ooh so cute! They look so nice and soft to me, so now i have to ask, are they soft, crispy, or chewy??
I unfortunately don’t have the time to bake rn, but my sister made the most delectable Nantucket pie for thanksgiving! It’s cranberries in a cake pan with a little sugar on top, and then a sort of cakey/cookie like layer on top of that. It’s hard to describe but it’s one of the best desserts I’ve ever tasted!

So cute! Is the icing homemade? Thats always the hardest part to me.
I think im going to leave the gingerbread/sugar cookies for later in the season for my girls to set out for Santa! But we’ve made chocolate chip, and a couple pies. Planning on peanut brittle and fudge too

I made Gingerbread and 3 dozen ginger cookies for Thanksgiving. I’m thinking about a pineapple upside-down cake, donuts, and more Gingerbread for Christmas.

Whoa! Those look really good! The icing looks so smooth compared to when I try and ice my cookies!
