Ok I applied because I adore miniature things. My favorite fruit is cantaloupe and I would use Lily’s Sugar 'n Cream with a 3.5mm hook for my first attempt and then also make it using Aunt Lydia’s crochet thread with a 1mm hook
Oh my gosh I love micro crochet! Teensy fruits would be so adorable.
I would love to test this! I’ve been using super bulky yarn with a size 30 mm hook lately and would love to see how these look at that size. My favorite fruit is definitely
So cute! Would love to test. I could use premier worsted or parfait chunky.
I’d love to be a tester. I have a lot of redheart yarn I need to use up and probably be using an F hook (3.25? Dont quote me). Lately I’ve been obsessed with pears.
Really!?!? Well then forget the Lily’s I will just do the crochet thread. Also crochet thread is thicker than sewing thread which is what most seem to use for micro. So mine aren’t what I consider to be micro but more like small mini’s. Still super cute though
That’s micro to me! I made some in embroidery floss a while back but don’t have the patience, or eyesight, to work on such a small scale.
@gizmo705ok I appreciate the feedback you and others gave me so I could make a good plan for testing! I want it to be fun and not feel like a slog. It should help that each fruit takes only 30-45 minutes each!
