i was wondering if we could have a way to close tester calls? I always feel a bit bothersome tagging leaders to do it and if there’s another way then I’d love to know! but maybe a button in the area where we post the calls where we can close it? or maying a button that pops up for the creator to click on the listing itself?

It would be nice to be able to close our own tester calls. Right now you edit your title to say closed and that supposedly removes the link and prevents people from applying. I delete the link in my post bc I have had tech issues before where people still applied.

Oh didn’t know that! I’ve put closed there before and had ppl apply after though so idk if it was a fluke ?

I’ve tested it and it is fixed. It shows you can click it but if you do, nothing happens

Just want to let everyone know that we aren’t bothered by being tagged to close, so you don’t have to feel bad

We would like to be able to close our own topics in general but at least our own tester calls.

At the moment, users can edit the title of their topic. Once you add ‘closed’ to the title, no one else will be able to apply to join.
While there’s currently no way for non-leaders or staff to officially close a topic to new replies, marking it as ‘closed’ has the same effect in practice. We’ve also implemented an automatic closure for inactive tester calls, which will now close automatically after 5 days of no activity.
