Hi everyoneeee!! I’m back with a new mini fantasy pattern to start off the year!! This is the first of what will hopefully be a big pattern collection of baby fantasy creatures, and I’m so excited to share them with you all!! I think they might be my favorite creations so far!
I’m also very happy to announce that BluePawprintCrochet FINALLY has an Instagram account!! After so many crocheters asked me about it, I decided maybe 2026 was the perfect time to jump into something new, and here we are! :) Some of you have already found my account & started following, so thank you!!
ANYWAYYY… I’m looking for 10-20 testers for my baby dragon plushies!
Due Date: January 16 - (10 days for testing)
I’m hoping to get the dragons tested ASAP, because I have more patterns coming soon after!! Please only apply if you can finish by the due date!
No color requirements! I’d love to see your creativity for your dragons! I’m planning to make more in different colors & themes before I release the pattern, so maybe you can give me some inspiration As usual, testers who use plush yarn will have priority, & if you also have glitter safety eyes or sinker eyes, that would be awesome! I used 18mm sinker eyes.

I would use Alize Softy Mega yarn with a 6.0mm crochet hook and sinker eyes!

Aww I love this pattern! I would love to test and I would use Premier parfait yarns using pink and minty green with a 4.5 mm hook! I may also make a blue one too. I would also use glitter eyes because I got a new tool to put them in I’ve been waiting to use so this would be a perfect project to test it out! My favorite fantasy creature is a Phoenix

That. Is. So. CUTE!!! I would love to test with premier parfait chunky, (4.5mm hook) in light purple and light pink. I can also test in acrylic yarn in the same colors (4mm hook). (in summary I would make 2 dragons in 2 different types of yarn) I have 12mm sinker eyes, which I will use, or if you want I can use bigger eyes but they would be safety. My favorite fantasy creature is a phoenix ! Congrats on the Insta account

My fav fantasy creatures are def dragons, though I also love faires, elves, yetis, mermaids and unicorns!

I would use feels like bliss and a 5mm hook if chosen. (Or if you prefer i do have plush yarn and tiny velvet ) And I have glitter sinker eyes I would use!

I can tell this is going to be a great group of patterns! I am loving dragons mostly and this is too adorable! I am also fascinated by unicorns and sprites/spirits. Would use bulky yarn and I don’t think anything other than glitter eyes would do these justice
Hi, I’ve been looking for a cute dragon pattern to crochet with some yarn I bought the other day.
I would use chunky chenille yarn in the colour teal, and purple if we need two colours, paired with a 5mm hook.
My favourite fantasy creature is definitely a dragon, because crocheted ones look so cute.
If I get chosen this will be my first time testing a pattern, I have never been selected to test for any other patterns I have applied for. So I really hope I get to test for you.
Unfortunately I probably won’t be able to get sinker eyes in time.
I would love to be a pattern tester if you still have room! I have some bernat velvet yarn in both black and a light blue that I think would look great in this but I only have basic safety eyes ATM.
Here is a lovey I made for a coworker. The light blue is the one I mentioned I’d be using if I got ahold of the pattern!
