Hello everyone! I am looking for 6-8 testers who will commit to the following:

  • REQUIRED: create a journal with at least one final photo (preferably natural lighting)
  • Provide feedback in a group chat regarding pattern mistakes, grammar, wording, etc.
  • Be active in chat and respond to the weekly check up message
  • Respond to the first message (within 48 hours or the first week) to let me know if you can still test! You will be removed from the pattern if there is no response!

IMPORTANT

You can choose to not do the extra loops (chaining and slst around the sheep) and have the sheep plain (just let me know which one you are planning to do!)

fluffy loops or no fluffy loops

Additional information:

  • Skill level: Intermediate
  • No yarn, color, or hook requirements
  • Sewing required
  • The finished product is 5.25” tall, 5.5” wide, and 7.5" long with materials listed

Pattern includes:

  • A sheep with sewing of the head, head fur piece, and tail

Materials used:

  • Medium weight yarn - 2 colors (without fluff: about 50g; with the fluff (loops): 115g of yarn)
  • 3.5mm crochet hook
  • 12mm safety eyes
  • Embroidery thread
  • General crochet tools

This pattern will be free! If you have read everything above, please comment with your yarn, hook size, and a sheep emoji! Thank you for your interest in this pattern! I will choose testers in 2-3 days or when I have enough testers!

If you do not have any makes on Ribblr, feel free to pm me your makes or share them in the comments!

This is a custom for @Sweetbear

I won’t be tagging my priority testers just because I don’t want to over tag them, so please feel free to apply and I will choose those who have priority testing first

He’s adorable!!! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: I would love to test (planning to do it with loops but might have to change based on how much yarn I have) with these yarns and a 4mm hook :ewe: :ewe: :ewe:

AHH its so adorable, I so wish I could do it, but for some reason whenever I apply for tests, I never show up on the list, and cant receive the pattern so I’ll have to wait until it comes out to make it loll ^^ gl with testing !!

I would love to test with loops. Worsted acrylic with 4mm hook. I have several tests that I have done and attached is one of my first amigurumi pieces.

:ewe: super cute! I’ve never done loops before, so if I tested I’d probs try the loops but if that didn’t work out I’d weave or sew the fluff on. I use chenille yarn with a 5.5 or 6 hook :)

They aren’t the loop stitch, but chains and slsting around the sheep  so sorry if you misunderstood! I’ll correct this in the post!

No worries! Would still love to test him :)

Still love to test it for you. My sister-in-law does baby blankets and I make toys to go with the blankets.

First time applying for testing, but I would love to try this out! I haven’t experimented yet with loops, but I am happy to learn :D!

Potentially using these two yarns, might not use white since im running out (rainbow sheep??)
And also a 3.5 mm hook ^^

You can see I have several makes. I have two test I did at Tedooo that I’m quite proud of as well. TIA if you choose me. :ewe:

I would love to test the loop version with cotton yarn and a 3mm hook.
I would use rico design creative cotton in a beige color and rico design ricorumi spin spin for the fluff. It’s color changing yarn.I have a few different color options for that but I think about the rainbow or pastel rainbow version for a colorful sheep.:ewe:

I would love to test!! I actually did a custom dog with that stitch and quite enjoyed it

She’s absolutely delightful! :ewe: I’d love to test and if included would use dk weight cotton with a 3.25mm hook for the face/ears/feet and would grab something a bit more fluffy than cotton (prob acrylic/thin chenille) for the body & chain loops. :slightly_smiling_face:
(Plus we’re going to be babysitting some sheep soon so it only feels appropriate to apply!) :ewe::ewe::ewe::ewe::ewe::ewe:

You’ve done it again, another absolutely amazing pattern!
I might need to apply-
I have a lot of white and beige acrylic, so I’d use that and a 3.5mm hook if I get picked! I’d do the fluffy version! :ewe:
