Hi there! I need testers for my Crochet Christmas Granny Stitch Stocking - Crochet ePattern
Click pattern photo to apply:

This is a beginner-intermediate pattern and can be done with any yarn depending on the size and style you would like. I used Loops and Threads Charisma (Bulky 5) and itcame out so chunky, oversized and cozy! It works up very fast and it only took me about two afternoons to complete. Perfect for the holiday season coming up!

Due by Thanksgiving, feedback required.

Hey Amber! Thank you for your response and suggestions. I used the Loops & Threads Charisma (Bulk 5) in shades pine, off white and red. I’d like 2-3 testers to try this out by the middle of November! It is super quick with the bulk yarn and only took about 2 afternoons to complete. I’m new to releasing patterns here so I’m not sure what journals entails. However, I would like feedback on the directions, clarity, typos etc. I’d also love to see other colorways! Super lax!

No problem! Some feedback, journals are located within the pattern. Each tester can post their progress there or wait to post finished project & you as a designer can see that from your end! When your pattern is finished in the testing period & is published. Other creators can see those journals, lets say like “reviews” under your pattern, gives those creators a look at what the pattern will be like based off those!
Id love to try it out! I only have acrylic yarn right now & working on another test for someone else as well but if not due until middle of November, im sure i can get it done!

Great! I’ll leave it open if testers want to leave journals or not. Feel free to use any yarn and colors you want. You could even double up your acrylic yarn to make it more chunky or variegated! I’ll go ahead and add you as a tester, no rush. Thanks Amber!!

I’m happy to test. I have Christmas colours in DK if that’s ok

That should be fine! It will just be more of a normal sized stocking instead of oversized! With the bulky yarn it came out to about 21.5in long. When you get to the granny clusters I would do clusters of 3 instead of 2 to avoid gapping.
