I need testers for my Eggy Dog - Crochet ePattern

Due Date: 14th August (I will pick testers in the next couple of days)

Skill Level: I have assigned an advanced beginner skill level to this pattern. While the majority of it involves simple stitches, there is some assembly required in sewing components together. Additionally, crocheting the ears and tail can be a little fiddly. You must be familiar with reading patterns and understanding the abbreviations and terminology

Additional Requirements:

  • You can use any yarn and the appropriate hook size, and experiment with different colours. I would love to see some Eggy Dog’s made with plush yarn!

  • The instructions include options for either safety eyes or crocheted eyes, so do not worry if you do not have any safety eyes

  • You must be willing to provide feedback on any parts of the pattern that are unclear or if you spot any errors / typos

  • A journal entry of the finished item would be amazing, but not required - however, I would love to see a photo of your finished Eggy.

I plan to give the Mini Eggy Puppy for free with this pattern, so anyone who completes the test will also receive the puppy pattern as a gift!

This is too cute! I love his expression :heart_eyes: I just applied! If chosen, I would make a black lab with a blue collar for my nephew (his dog is a black lab). I would use Hobbi Rainbow Cotton 8/4 yarn and a 2.5mm hook.

Thank you. I have had it almost ready for a while but finally managed to get it finished. I am working on Eggy Frankenstein now, as well as something a bit different - a beach themed blanket!

Soooooo cute!!! I won’t volunteer since I couldn’t complete the cat but I already bought the mini dog version and can’t wait to make them! (If you do need one more tester though I so want to do this one!)
