I’d love to test, but I understand if I can’t because I rarely use safety eyes and I can’t for the life of me find sinker eyes. If I get chosen to be a tester, I can get glitter eyes in two days or so, in enough time to finish. I usually embroider eyes, use crochet appliqué or if the person I’m giving the toy too doesn’t mouth their toys, button eyes. There’s a bunch of tester calls I miss out on for not having safety eyes. What size of glitter eyes should I grab if I’m chosen?
I’d use a 4mm or 5mm hook, and my Bernat velvet or premier just Chenile plush yarns. I’d do the phoenix first, then the other two of time allows me before testing is up.
These are adorable, I would test all of them if I could, but preference would be to test the phoenix or the gryphon. I have Chenille, plush yarn (Loops and threads, parfait chunky, bernat, etc) in size 4, 5 and 6 and would love to use to create one of these, for the eyes I paint my own sinker eyes, so I would use a 20mm or 25mm depending on the size the plushie turns out to be.
hi hi!! i’d love to help test your gryphon pattern!! I have size 6 plush Bernat baby yarn in the color branch. I dont have glitter eyes but I have cat eyes in a variety of colors!
I’d love to test the Phoenix with Super Bulky 6 Chenille, 3.5mm hook, and I never bought eyes before, but if I don’t make it to the craft store in time I may embroider them or use beads/buttons!
Adorable, Abby! Im late to the party as always, but I would love to test for you! The Gryphon is my favorite, but I definitely could try to test them all! Id use plush yarn and I of course have sinker eyes, all sizes and colors
