No yarn or hook size requirements

No color requirements

No ghosting

This is a low sew pattern!! Only thing that needs to be sewed on is the heart.

I would use size 5 or 6 yarn and a size 11 hook. I’m not sure if you’re okay with a bigger than pocket sized teddy bear but I’d love to test for you!
