[CLOSED] Tester call for Crochet: The Sitting Zoo

TESTERS HAVE BEEN SELECTED!!! Thank you so much to everyone that applied! I can’t believe that is practically doubled (almost tripled) over night! I hope everyone will be on the look out for the release and anymore pattern test in the future :kissing_heart:

I will select up to 16 testers.

It’s an beginner/intermediate pattern. This pattern is composed of a base body with several variations to make several different animals. There is a mix of no sew and low sew animals

The included animals are: cow, bunny, elephant, otter, cat, dog, fox/wolf, deer, rhino, pig, bear, and beaver. (Some are not pictured yet)

Testers will be picked by Dec 1st 3:00PM GMT
Due Dec 20th
Will be released Dec 21st sold for $3.00 USD

Requirements:
:revolving_hearts:journal
:revolving_hearts:feedback, the good and bad
:revolving_hearts:communicate in the groupchat
:revolving_hearts:provide yarn weight and hook size in journal
:revolving_hearts:good quality photo(s) of finished project
:revolving_hearts:make at least TWO of the animals

No yarn requirements.

Pattern will be gifted upon completion!

I love the “Frilly Bits” its a nice detail but I was wondering why not for the otter or Rabbits? Still super cute tho

Hi!! I would love to test! I would use worsted weight yarn, but all of my different colors aren’t exactly the same so the two animals might have a very slight overall size. If I’m chosen, I will definitely make the bear and cow, and maybe some more depending on how busy things get for me. I don’t have any other tests going on at the moment though.

You totally add them on every animal, for me they are a little time consuming and I need to make sure eveey variation works (all the pieces are made I just have yet to finish all the bodies and sew/crochet everything together). And since I won’t be able to next week, I’m just cranking them out.

It’s a pattern that you have really pay attention to, to add certain elements.

Edit: I will use acrylic medium weight yarn and a 3mm hook, I will probably do the two bunnies, depending how much :sparkles: yarn :sparkles: I have

no way :sob::sob: you really are an enabler :sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob: i’m sure i’d be able to make these before the due date. would be using a thin chenille or premier parfait with 2.5 or 3.5mm hook :see_no_evil::pray:

Yes an enabler I am :face_with_hand_over_mouth: They can be pretty quick to make, roughly an hour for each, so hopefully they won’t distract you too much… :grin:
