CLOSED Tester call for Crochet: Tiny Cheeseburger Plushie

Update
Testing is closed and selected testers have been messaged in a group chat. Thank you so much for your support!
Follow for more giveaways, new patterns, and test opportunities!

Please only apply if you ARE AN ADVANCED CROCHETER and have time to finish by the due date. If you haven’t tested for me before, to increase your odds of being chosen for testing apply then comment with a pic of the yarn you will use. If you are ribbler makes our pretty simple, add a picture to your comment of the most complex project you’ve ever made.

About 2" tall as shown in worsted weight cotton (4) with 3.5 mm hook, but use any yarn you like. Yarn colors can be substituted but should be appropriate for a burger type sandwich. For example you can make red onion instead of tomato, add a second layer of cheese in a different color, use a pale cream for a steamed bun, or make a chicken or black bean meatless patty, etc. I love seeing testers’ creative choices! No-sew project takes about an hour to stitch up.

Journal with at least one pic of finished project is due by 11:59 pm on March 26, 2024. Testers will be gifted the pattern upon completion.

I will create a group message for testers when the last tester has been chosen. Please use that or PM with any questions or issues since journals will be public after publishing.

I appreciate your time and honest feedback, thanks for considering testing for me!

I greatly appreciate any shares, especially with links to your favorite pattern or my Ribblr shop or tag me on Instagram @suettle.

I’m steadily adding my extensive catalog of original designs to Ribblr and I’m creating new ones all the time. If you don’t see one you’re looking for, suggest or commission it!

Not me realizing I haven’t really done any complex projects :sob:

I’m in class atm but I have the yarns required for this project (probably do a pretzel bun as shown with beige yarn and white cuts, black bean burger, standard American cheese, red tomato, and green lettuce)

The closest to “complex” projects I’ve completed are probably my eyeballs:

These require three color changes, surface crochet, and shaping. I suppose it’s time to get to work on actually complicated projects though :sob:

I applied. As for a picture of my most complex project I’ve ever made. That would be either the bed doll I made 27 yrs ago for myself but no longer have, or the Indian bed doll I made for my Mama (aunt by birth, but she raised me) that was given away by her husband when she died if cancer 18 yrs ago this August.
