I need testers for my Wasp Nest - Crochet ePattern Click pattern photo to apply:
Hi, I am looking for 2-5 testers. I ask that if you apply, to please try and complete the project in 1-2 weeks time, let me know if and where you find any discrepancies in the written pattern, and offer constructive feedback so I can make necessary changes before publishing it. Would be a major plus if you could journal your process, and greatly appreciated if you could also post a picture of your finished project and tag me and/or my business page on Facebook, Instagram, etc, but not required. Testers will get a free updated version once testing is complete. You may sell the finished project, but please do not share, post, or sell the pattern as your own. I would like credit, where credit is due. . The deadline to apply is Monday, June 26, 2023. Thank you!
Edited to add additional info:
For this pattern you will need to know how to increase and decrease stitches. You will also need to know how to crochet using the back loops only. The pattern consists of the single crochet stitch, half double crochet stitch, double crochet stitch, triple crochet stitch, chains, and the slip stitch.
Supplies:
• H/8, 5.00 MM Crochet Hook
• Medium Worsted Weight (4) Yarn, Acrylic: (1 skein of light brown)
• Tapestry Needle
• Stitch Markers
• Scissors
• Polyfil Stuffing (or scrap yarn if you do not have poly-fil on hand).
• Stuffing Tool
Here is the supply list: (I use acrylic, but if you have a preference for cotton, etc., and want to test it out, you are more than welcome to give it a try. As long as it’s medium worsted weight, it should be fine. )

I honestly did not consider what type of yarn was best for outdoor use. I have mine placed under a covered balcony, however, and seems to be holding up. I’m definitely open to suggestions from testers regarding this matter! If there’s something more environmentally friendly, for instance, this would be good info to have.
Thanks for questioning this. I hope you’re able to sign up to test it out.
For some reason I cannot add you as a tester, like I was able to do in the past. I guess Ribblr removed that feature and you have to apply through the post. Can you try again?
You have to click on the little box where there should be a picture. It’s not showing up. There’s a #2 next to it to show how many testers have applied. It’s below the “Click pattern photo to apply:”.
