(closed) Tester call for Knitting: Family of Slippers

Hello Knitters! I know you are out there its not just me (lol), wanting to test my slippers pattern.

Its fairly simple the hardest part is the casting on more after you made the triangle for the heel.

Its worked flat then stitched shut to shape.

I have tested 3 of my sizes so far and have basic info on how much yarn is needed.

Sizes are kids, small, medium, large.

Kids 52 grams, small 82 , large 130 (in total)

Pattern uses 2 colors of worsted yarn and a 5.5 mm knitting needle.

I need testers for my Family of Slippers - Knitting ePattern
Due Date: May 31
Additional Requirements:

-comment here saying the size you wanna test (no color requirements)

-Please make a journal entry via ribblr

- Let me know in the tester chat if anything is confusing, or needs to be re-worded/re-worked.

Good luck! I hope you can get at least a couple testers for these. They’re really cute! I have just started knitting so sadly I’m not a candidate…yet

I could test medium and small sizes, but maybe large! I think I would be able to make it in time. I can use 5 mm knitting needles with variegated pink worsted weight. :yarn:

I will accept you right away then and keep this up in hopes of 1 or 2 more testers

Hi, I’d be willing to test, but I wouldn’t be able to start right away. Is that okay?

They look SO good! I love the concept of making it flat and then sewing it together! Wish I was a knitter so I could help.

Thank you, i am actually considering making a crochet version of it, just unsure what stitch i would use, i kinda wanna keep some of the structure of it.

There is are 2 rows that is just knit on one side (the other is purls) and it kinda gives a natural bend not sure how to explain i wanna experiment with post stitches with crochet see what happens!

I was going to ask about a crochet version!

I would love to try these! I would use worsted yarn and a 5 mm knitting needle. I would like to test large, or maybe medium if you would like me to. I’m still deciding on colors, but maybe green?
