We’ve got a few exciting community updates to share with you today!
Chat updates
Starting today, you can search within chat to easily find conversations and messages.
You can also use the star icon to mark your favorite chats, from public chats to DMs.
This should make it much easier to find and return to the conversations that matter to you :)
‘Me too’ support button
For topics in Support 
, you can now click ‘Me too’ to let us know you are experiencing the same issue and start tracking the topic.
You’ll then be notified when a solution is marked!
A simpler ‘New’ filter
To make things easier, we’ll now show you one ‘New’ section instead of separate ‘New’ and ‘Unread’ sections.
This combines new topics you have not seen with new replies you have not read. You can then filter the list by replies or topics.
You can also click ‘Dismiss all’ to mark everything as read! We know this has been a popular request 
More support
We’re also introducing a new official Ribblr support account: @ribblr-support.
Please note that @ribblr and @ribblr-support are our only official community support accounts. We’ll never ask for your password, verification codes or payment card details.
If you win a giveaway, we may ask for personal details such as your address, but only when they are required to fulfil your prize. In that case, please make sure you are speaking with one of our official accounts.
To make this even clearer, we’ve also added a new ‘Verified Ribblr staff’ badge, which appears next to official staff profiles.
Visuals
This update also includes a few visual changes to buttons, menu and windows.
If you come across any issues, bugs or visual glitches, please let us know. We work hard to launch everything cleanly, but we’re definitely not perfect!

As we work on Ribblr Yarn, we’re also gearing up to roll out even more features and improvements this year. This includes a brand new @Ribbot game too

We recently rolled out ‘reactions’ allowing you to react to posts with more than just a heart (though it’s still the default).
We also rolled out Ribbot emojis - tap on the emoji button here on the community and scroll down (or right, depending on the device) to find them.
