I finished editing a pattern I was working on last night. It displays normally in my shop, and the webpage for the pattern details displays correctly with my uploaded image and description, but whether I open the pattern by clicking Ribblr It, navigating to it directly via my browserâs URL bar, or opening it directly into Build Mode I get a completely blank Ribbuild screen with unresponsive buttons. This pattern does this for both the PC site and the app. My testers are also having this issue on their devices&accounts as well.
Iâm really confused how this happened, my other pattern in testing is not affected.
One of my testers mentioned that they have encountered other patterns that do this, including this one:
I was able to duplicate this error by trying to open this pattern. The thing they have in common is quotation marks (") in the patternâs name, maybe this does something on the backend that causes it?
I still get a blank screen, meaning I canât remove the quotes to fix it Is there anything I should be doing differently?

@Ribblr the pattern I found that duplicated the issue was fixed but the issue with my pattern has not been resolved, may I please have someone provide the same fix?
My devices arenât the issue, itâs a character (") in the pattern title disrupting Ribbuild on the back-end. A tech team operator was able to do a workaround for the example my testers found that also had the same issue, but mine is still showing a blank ribbuild screen which means I cannot access any of the editing fields to correct it myself.
Still experiencing this, I would love a tech team member to execute the same fix with the \ in the title of my pattern on the backend so I can access it again to remove the quotations altogether
