Confused on how Ribbot and Beginner Tutorials Work

I am pretty sure this is a Ribblr related issue, but please let me know if not. So, I know the Ribblr account, and I’ve reached out to them over things that I needed to get in contact before (y’all are awesome by the way).

But I am confused on the Ribbot account and Ribbot-Lil-Helper . Are they support accounts, and how do you do the tutorials? (this is out of curiosity, because I already figured out how to work community after a while. I’m just put confused about the function of the tutorials and how you do them, and I could not really understand from other posts I read about it.)

Also are Ribbot and/or Ribbot Lil Helper AI accounts meant for functional questions about how to work the community section, or are they a totally different thing?I’ve seen the Ribbot account post before and I’m not sure how everything works. Let me know if I was supposed to tag these accounts as well. This isn’t meant as some sort of criticism, I’ve just been very confused on it for quite some time and wasn’t sure who to ask. Thank you!

I’m pretty sure the ribbot and ribbots-lil-helper accounts r just for fun. They conduct challenges as well, basically think of it as a sports team mascot at a game. I may be wrong, and I think i may have read it wrong.

Ok that makes sense, you got it, I was confused on what they do and if you use them in any specific way or if it’s more of a fun mascot thing. Thank you!
