I would like to be able to have a project tacking that I could have what yarn, pattern, hook and notes for each of my projects. As well as a way to log my yarn in a stash type that can be used by the project app.

The pattern journal is exactly the way to go! You can access it from within each pattern and add notes, as well as add your mood, and project title. Because Ribblr ePattern lets you track your progress the pattern journal feature automatically calculates your progress and shows it in your notes.
