You guys could burn more if you are like me and crochet while walking. It’s fun, helps keep motivation with repetitive stitches, and I get to enjoy the outdoors!
The last crochet walk I took I burned about 500 calories while walking almost 3 miles in about an hour and making two chicken bodies.
So said my Garmin watch.
