I bought this ring to try to help out with the carpel tunnel. Its a little hard to use but imma kepp trying. Let’s see if it helps.

It’s so cute that even if it doesn’t help you can wear it just for fun! But I hope it does help. I have carpal tunnel too and couldn’t get used to wearing a ring, though I may try again. I do a lot of hand & arm stretches which really helps. Now I only wake up with half numb hands after my heaviest hand use days.
Spring is a hard time for me and my hands because I like to get out in the garden and do a lot of work after being cooped up all winter. But I’ve had to shift to lower impact gardening techniques overall so I can still crochet. Priorities!
