i’ve been in a crochet slump recently too, and it’s the worst when you want to love it but you just can’t get motivated. a few things that help me are:
- trying a super quick make (like a scrunchie, coaster, or mini plushie) just to get that “finished project” feeling again
- playing with new color combos i don’t usually reach for
- putting on a fav show/podcast/audiobook and only letting myself listen while crocheting
- telling myself “just one row” (usually ends up being more lol)
- making something silly or personal, like a tiny gift for someone

I usually will watch videos on YouTube of people crocheting, that helps motivate me. I also will use random color combos on smaller projects (ex. scrunchies, coasters, granny squares, pencil buddies, etc.) Also looking through yarn I have lying around sometimes inspires me. (I have a bin in my closet so I will look through that for inspo)
