Crocheted ears🤔

I have been experimenting with different ways to crochet ears for my snugglers and other amigurumi. Was just wondering which version do you prefer to see in a pattern (not just for snugglers, but amigurumi in general). Some versions are easier than others, but then do you end up not getting a more realistic look? Let me know your thoughts! Thank you!

  • Layer 2 pieces and crochet around the perimeter of both to join (don’t see inner ear from behind)
  • Inner ear made in rows and crochet an edge around (see the inner ear from behind)
  • Cone shape that you fold the opening in half and sc to close (with or without color change)
  • Solid color of cone shaped option with inner ear added through embroidery or felt

I like to crochet the two layers together, it’s neater and easier to hide the tails in my opinion! Also (this could totally just be me) but I find it very satisfying to see the two pieces come together!
