I have a dance rehearsal that lasts 5 hours tomorrow and I need to bring non-messy snacks. I’m thinking about bringing some squeeze applesauce pouches and fruit snacks, but I know that it’s high in sugar and low in just about everything else so do you have any recommendations of some healthy snacks I should bring?

I tend to get sugar drops so I used to always carry them in my bag

I love granola bars and usually bring one with me because I get hangry I can’t believe I didn’t think of that

I ended up grabbing an applesauce, a granola bar, pretzels, animal crackers, and fruit snacks. In the morning I’ll grab an orange and peel it.
