I heard that Dollar Tree started selling crochet supplies, so as a broke girlie I had to check it out.
I got 3 Premier skeins, two chenille & one worsted. Each skein cost $1.25, which is great for beginners or those with a tighter budget.
I plan on making a cat with the grey yarn, but I don’t know what to make with the chenille yarn. Any suggestions?
Wish they did chenille yarn that cheap in the uk. No wonder you all use it and we’re stuck with acyclic in most shops. You pretty much need to go online if you want anything else unless you’re lucky enough to live near a specialist yarn shop.
Yes! That’s my favorite chenille yarn! You can make the baby cyclops in my shop! I used that exact yarn but in purple!

I recently saw in the 5 beyond section (I believe) 16-32 oz of premier yarn for $5! It looked big and the yarn was high quality. I would recommend looking out for that! I didn’t get any, and now they don’t have anymore 
. They had colors like black, white, red, green, and a few others I forgot.

Chenille yarn tends to be pretty expensive here in the states, so I was really surprised that the dollar store started selling some. Hopefully it becomes more easily available in the UK!
