Since it’s Easter time, me, as a bummom, would like to spread awareness of the fact that at this time many rabbits are bought to be given as gifts or used as decorations and shortly afterwards are abandoned on the streets.
I know this is a community for crafts, but I also know that you are very kind and care about animals.
So I would like you to help me spread the message that rabbits are not easy pets, they live 10 to 12 years, need extremely expensive specialized veterinarians, a lot of space and a lot of food, so they should not be bought on impulse.
If you see messages like this from local animal shelters, please share and help the bunnies have a good and safe life.
