Hi! Would like to report a glitch I’ve noticed & I was wondering if anyone else has been affected by this. I’ve had well over 100 paid sales this month and over 250 free sales yet my $elFee is still sitting at where it started this month at 1000pts. Most of my sales come via the link attached to my social media accounts so this should be way higher (and usually is). Has anyone else noticed their $elFee has frozen this month? And is anyone working to fix this please??

Maybe try logging out and back in? Sometimes that helps some problems!

Your shop button brings me to Ribblr’s patterns not your shop. I hope that logging out of Ribblr, wait a couple minutes then logging back in resolves the issue

Hi,
It seems you have changed your username recently.
You’ll need to logout and back into Ribblr for the new username (and shop name) to take affect - as all the rest of the smart 
Ribblrs have stated above.
