Ergonomic Crochet Hooks?

Hey everyone!

So I’ve been crocheting quite a bit lately and also have to type A LOT at my full time job (I’m a speech therapist). Recently I’ve been experiencing some pretty awful pain through my thumb and wrist. I work with occupational and physical therapists at work who have recommended different stretches, exercises, and braces to help stabilize and strengthen my wrist/joints. I want to do whatever I can to prevent further damage without having to give up my hobby. I’m thinking I need hooks/interchangable VERY wide hook base to try and keep my wrist as straight as possible while crocheting for even as short as 30 minute spans. I’ve seen a couple that look 3D printed, but they don’t look comfortable to hold long term, given the material..

So, TLDR: do you guys have any recommendations for ergonomic crochet hooks that you’ve found great success/comfort with?

Clover Amour hooks are really good! They have a nice thick grip on the bottom. I personally use ones from Aliexpress in a pouch I got that are good quality.

I second the recommendation for clover amour. They are super comfortable to use. I also like Etimo hooks, especially the ones for chunky yarn.

Thank you everyone for your recommendations! I don’t think the Clover Armor are thick enough on their smaller hooks. I decided to order both of these off amazon and see if either help
