Hi I’m wondering if you can do an extreme drop stitch in a granny square?
I want to make a fall style blanket and saw a pattern for an extreme drop stitch blanket but I want to mine in squares.
Is this possible? I’ve never done a extreme drop stitch
Thanks for any information

I remember a stitch called spike stitch that looks a bit like your picture. I think it would be workable in the open space area of a granny square
