couldn’t find the pattern (i’m not sure if she has one), but i think i found the creator
there are some better quality images in here. if you wanna try to freehand it, they may help

here are the front and back (not sure which is which, but i don’t think it really matters)
and i’m not totally sure but the stitches on the main part of the bag kiiiinda look like back post double crochets, except the “chains” are twisted? not really sure how to explain it sorry lol

So I did a photo search found the YouTube video but I think it was click bait so I don’t know if there’s a pattern? But I think what @jinas s said it right!
