Ok I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there is a way to get it fixed.
I did a test last October and I made the journal, but the designer never gifted the pattern to me. I have messaged in the group chat in November and in January asking them to do something. I even tried to dm the designer, but they’re either set to private or no longer exist yet their shop which has no patterns still will show. I have not gotten a response.
I’ve never had this happen to me, and I’m not sure if there is a way to fix this

What was the pattern?
Hexa the witch. As well as a yin yang coaster.
Looks like the witch designer no longer exists on Ribblr. May have closed the shop or was suspended. The other one is someone that Ribblr even tried to contact before in a tester call without success (was not responding to any tester call post questions).
