Ok i cant find where i found this, but i have a super simple star pattern:
1: 5 sc in mr (5). 2: 5 inc. (10). 3: (1sc, inc) x5 (15). 4: (2sc, inc) x5 (20). 5: ([sc, hdc, dc, ch2, hdc, sc all in the same stitch] 3 sl) x5 to make the points. FO and weave in ends.
Sorry if this is too confusing to read. :slightly_smiling_face: i made a bunch of these in patriotic colors and am making them into a garland so thats an idea :ok_hand: you can also just google crochet star and find tons of patterns as well.

Also you could make normal stuff (eg. scrunchies, bandanas, coasters, blankets, rugs, sweaters, shirts, pants, bucket hats, etc.) but in red white and blue.

Yes actually! I have 2 patterns I reccomend; “Red White&Blue Queen’s Jubilee Flower” on Ravelry, and “Star Spangled Banner” also on Ravelry. Only thing is, with the pattern for the banner, It ended up being shaped like a triangle; like a wide slice of pizza instead of their Lilypad-like shape. Not a negative, just a note.
