Not sure how helpful the email I got on Saturday at 12:49pm is when it’s for a Friday Freebie, so it was ended before I got the email. And it was cute, too! So notifications should be sent on the day when the Friday freebie could actually be obtained …..like…..on Friday.

I’m not sure.. I got the email this Friday, but one time I did get the email late as well. Maybe this is a glitch with @Ribblr ?
Also, welcome to the community! Sorry your experience with the Friday Freebies wasn’t great- but normally Ribblr does send the email on time! If that doesn’t work sometimes someone will make a community post with the link to the Freebie, and normally the link for the Freebie is displayed on the Ribblr Homepage on the tab labeled Explore!

We do send an app those on Friday and we can see it was sent accordingly. However if you have delayed notifications, full inbox or got other reasons it may be delayed for you.
We recommend downloading the app for best accuracy and in any case opening the app daily to see what’s on!
With all that in mind you can share the email with us privately so we can check specifically.
