Can anyone help me with this issue i am having? I downloaded my 5 free patterns a day about 4 days ago and ever since the message still pops up that i cant get any more free patterns. The same message has been popping up for the past 4 days making it impossible to download any free patterns even after waiting well past the 24 hour wait time.

Mine took longer than I thought, but not 4 days, maybe 2. I was wondering if it was because of a bundle that took the place of another day. Make sense? Not sure though.

The usual wait is of 24hrs, so 4 days seems like a long wait, sorr you are having this issue 
Have you received any gifts by any chance?

I have been having this problem as well. Last free pattern I was able to get was Saturday

No i have not recieves any gifts…and also i noticed in the chats that others are experiencing similar situations.

Hmm, that’s really strange, you should definitely be able to get your free patterns after 24 hours from the last free pattern you got, this is probably a glitch @Ribblr should be able to help, also congrats on your first post in the community!

@JeniSparkles Thanks for reporting. We located the issue, this is an issue specific to our latest bundle release (a week ago) which only affects less than 1% of our users - nonetheless we understand the frustration and we’re on it 
We estimate a fix for these accounts will be released in the next 48 hours, hopefully sooner.
