Hi how do you use gems to claim patterns? I have 3 gems but every time I try to use them it says “a problem has occurred”

You choose a pattern from the list of gem patterns, then open the pattern and click on the “Claim for [number] Gems”
If it’s saying a problem has occurred, you might have to PM Ribblr to ask them about it and see if they can fix it.
