Hi y’all, I need some gem help.

When want to get a free gem, it doesn’t allow me to get a free gem -

Here are some possibilities that might’ve happened ^^ :growing_heart:

  • Just wait for awhile because you might’ve reached the limit
  • You might not have a stable internet connection
  • There might be ad blockers in your device

If these are not the reasons why it won’t give you free gems then maybe you should try contacting Ribblr for help :growing_heart:

I don’t believe this is an issue for ‘support’.

You either don’t have any ads available to watch in your country or there simply aren’t any ads available at present for you to watch.

It happens to me too, I guess yiu just have to use another way to get gems :sob:

This happens to me often so I just wait a few seconds or refresh the page and it usually does it, or I suffer the longer ads and do it on my phone in the app. When this feature came out they said that this could happen and that ads weren’t always guaranteed but it’s still annoying when it doesn’t work.

I will note i myself have only had ads work on the app not on the browser that may be your problem

Ad availability can vary greatly depending on your location, and ads may be more readily available on the Ribblr app than on the website!
