Is there a reason why the ad break fails to give you Gems after watching an Ad?
You should try refreshing your Ribblr and see if that helps 
are you sure you are watching the ad all the way through? the timer at the top needs to say “reward granted” before you get gems!
also, refreshing the website after this can help as well.
