get a oops page does not exist button

Good morning,
when I try to message my testers it takes me to update them it takes me to a page that says "oops! that page doesn’t exist or is private.
I have assigned the testers, it was up, now it wont let me in.

Are you trying to access the chat from your pattern by clicking “message testers” or by going to the community page and your personal messages section? If you’ve tried only one of these, try the other way.

Iv tried both. My testers say the chat is gone as well.

try to send it again, I’ve had problems before as well. if that doesn’t work, you may have to send it manually.

I also figured out that some of the “users” that applied to my tester call didn’t even exist when trying to add them manually, so maybe search for the users that applied just to make sure they actually exist. :growing_heart:

Its still not working. My testers were in it but can no longer see it either

maybe try to create it manually?

go to your message section in your profile, and add all your testers manually. it helps to go ahead and type out your message, copy and paste it.
