Get it now button seemingly not doing anything?

Is anyone else having a problem where some patterns’ ‘Get it now’ button doesn’t seem to do anything? I’m following the shop, but I’m not getting any response from buttons on a couple patterns, not even a pop up saying I’ve reached my pattern limit.

Logged completely out and back in. Still same problem.

Unfollowed and refollowed (sorry if anyone noticed their count change :confounded_face:) and still same problem.

I first noticed it last night. It wouldn’t respond on one pattern, but I was able to get a different pattern with no problems.

Added: It does seem there are other people having the same problem

i have the same issue. however, temporary solution - if you click the preview button, then click the “get it now” WITHIN the pattern, it allows you to get the pattern!!

This trick does work - TY. :purple_heart: That will definitely help until the other button gets fixed.

we can’t seem to see this issue- we did release a new update yesterday following a popular suggestion.

Free patterns acquired will now not lead to the library but instead show a pop-up message that says ‘added to your library’ - the button will then display ‘Ribblr it’.

Can you share what you see and which particular pattern you’re trying to get?

I’ve seen that change - I should have mentioned that in the OP.

For example

When you click on this ‘Get it now’ button - nothing happens.

It seems to be an issue with patterns discounted from a price to zero. We’ll work on a fix!

I just tried this at random on a few free patterns and it seems to work fine

Except for the one in OPs link. The get it now button doesn’t do anything on that one

EDITED TO ADD the one in OPs post now works. Since Ribblr posted

Yes! There are currently 3 that I’m aware of that are in today’s and yesterday’s. There’s a baby chick, a cheeky minion and the Stained Glass Effect.

The cheeky minion didnt even have a preview button for me :sleepy_face: but i have it now so i think it works for the minion now
