Recently, when trying to watch ads to get gems, the ad will pop up for a fraction of a second, then disappear. I canât click to get a new ad because it says âad break in progress, please do not close this tabâ. Sometimes the ad will just keep replaying over and over, and the blue exit button wonât say âreward grantedâ. Additionally, today when trying to get my gems, the button said âget the app to earn more free gemsâ. This has never happened before, so is this is a new requirement? I understand that this is a new feature that Ribblr has added, and Iâm very grateful they are trying something like this, but I hope they can resolve these issues soon.

That same thing about getting the app had happened to me as well. I had just gotten the app on my phone as I was originally using my Google browser. And it works again.

I literally was on the app and it said this but I went out of it and back in and it was fixed

We are working on additional improvements, and it will be more readily available on the app so we do recommend getting it. More rollouts for ad-break are expected before the end of June so stay tuned!
