I believe to check who gifted you a pattern you can check the email you used to sign up with, for instance if it was a Gmail check, Gmail. It also shows if they wrote a little note in it too

In case the person that sent this is seeing it… I was not taking credit for the gift, only showing I thought it was sweet that someone sent it and someone else thought enough of it to thank them publicly
