I don’t have any free patterns, but I do have an Argyle hat in knit or crochet that’s very preppy and can be done in girly colors

Girly gifts (obviosly depends on age)… But here are some ideas - barbies, anything frozen, coloring books, tamagotchi/virtual pet, a fake makeup kit, kits to make bracelets, tie dye shirts, a camera…

With the barbie core you could possibly make Heart shaped sunglasses which could be cute desk decor? Seems pretty easy to create.
Or for preppy you could maybe make a latte or boba tea cup? Here is a free pattern and you could use pink instead of brown
