glitching in the chat feature

im not sure where to put this but it keeps happening:

it says i have 30 messages from phoenix, which i do not. just moments ago it said i had no messages. the same happened for suettle, but she only messaged once.

Hmm that’s strange, it looks like you’re on the app and I’m assuming on a phone, what device/phone are you using?

that happened to me too :sob: i thought i had 197 messages in less than 2 mins :skull:

Hi! Please try the following:

  1. go to your homepage using the Ribblr logo at the bottom left corner of your screen.
  2. Log out using the hamburger menu
  3. Close the app, or force quit on android
  4. Open the app again
  5. Log in
  6. Click the community icon at the bottom menu

Let us know if that fixes it!

thanks. it always goes away eventually, so its not a major problem. i brought it up because it seemed like a glitch in the app and not my problem.
